/me snorts again
Well, can't argue with the photolab stuff Caleb, our stuff is pretty
mediocre.. but than, that's all most people want.
In other news though, a couple of days ago I found out over lunch (where I
had been wearing my Sabrina Online Tshirt, which started the conversation),
that my Assistant Manager happens to be a ZigZag and Skunkworks fan
himself... I just think it's funny that it happened in the same day you
brought this up =P
Anyway, this is getting out of hand folks.. even if I WASN'T in favor of the
Evil Empire, I'd have canned this awhile ago. Let's drop it.

Ok...well; I live in the exectutive home office area of
Wal...whatever. They own the whole area and if they don't like you
then they will get rid of you.
I dunno what this has to do with Skunkworks or Jim or whatever but I
did work for a business that beat the hell out of the local satanic
retail outlet by offering something they can't. It was a photo lab.
If anyone here has ever worked for a photolab you may know how
difficult it can be to get perfect density and colour corrections in
the first print. Wal-mart simply couldn't (and still can't) offer the
professional results we could. Our processing prices were more than
TWICE that of Wal-mart and we not only succeeded at existing for 15
years but the owner of the lab retired in that short period of time
at the age of 40.
Anyway; the point is: if a small business tries to compete with a
larger one by offering the same product/service they'll almost always
fail. They have to offer something the larger businesses can't. The
larger businesses attract customers by offering lower prices by mass.
Often that comes at the cost of quality and customer service.
Walmart, or whatever major corporation you hate won't ever be able to
completely destroy smaller businesses because of that. (Sam Walton
used to say small businesses are like cockroaches...you can't get rid
of them)
Yadda yadda blah blah whatever...maybe Ive made my point..maybe not.
Oh well....ain't worth arguing about simply because Wal-mart execs
don't have the balls to admit theyve visited a group that celebrates
anthopomorphic skunk vaginas and an artist that draws them.
Caleb
