It has since been discovered that this isn't the case.
Yahoo couldn't care less about our posted ages,
because they aren't legally binding.
Basically, it depends on whether or not they *think*
we're violating their ToS by being a Warez group
(generally related to size and number of attachments),
if we're too active for their tastes, or if they reach
a certain number of complaints to their automated
service (at which point they automatically kill the list).
