They can. It'd be like someone buying alcohol with a forged ID. Maybe a
trained police officer could tell, but random store clerk Joe Schmoe
probably wouldn't, but he wouldn't be arrested for selling alcohol to a
minor. The clerk did the best he could, and if the police office isn't
corrupt (*weak grin* Apply that metaphor to Y! and I guess maybe it is...)
then it'll work, combined with having to put their birthdate in and going
through the warning screens, et cetera.
