Yeah, Jim, don't feel too down about things going wrong. Nothing can
be perfect all the time, after all...

Heck, you should see this Marvel comic I got. It'a nothing near the
scale of Sir Fox's example, but... well, at one point, they repeat a
page. But the second page, or rendition of that page, is a completely
different layout and everything. The dialogue is still the same
though... it's like they had two alternate ways to present the
action... and ended up putting both in by mistake.

Now _that_ is a screw up that I don't think had anything to do with
the machinery...
