The eyes Jim! The eyes! Help :)

Jim,

As you may have seen from my otterette, I decided to
try the 'eye accent' around the eyes.. My question,
how do you consistantly draw the accent around the
eyes to look the same every time?

Just practice for a week drawing the eyes and their
accent?
