If you can choose, use as low a version of HTML as possible, there's
better chance of it being displayed right in all browsers, tho with
simple text it shouldn't make a difference at all as the tags it's
likely to use is as old as time :P
Anyway I'm more a fan of good old plain text ASCII files :)
