Yes, I've received this email twice in the last six months. It pays to
pay attention to the address in the "Location" bar in your WWW browser,
as the site this has come up on for me is an ".ru" one.
Both times, I've passed it on to PayPal's customer service. Hope they
nail the person responsible.
