        Interesting. The server that the "Paypal" is on, is in Taiwan.
        Time to forward this to abuse_at_paypal.com.

        BTW:. the hashed "Click Here" actually says
"http://www.paypal.com%2f_at_211.75.58.108/pp/processing.htm" Web browers
will generally ignore everything placed before the _at_ sign, as that's just
username and password (if it's needed,) and ignored if unneeded.
