Martin,
You described a textbook case of depression. I strongly recommend seeing a professional psychiatrist ASAP. Be honest, speak your
mind, get it off your chest. Talking with the doctor can help a great deal. In addition, there are a variety of prescription drugs
which are very effective against depression, and with their help, you can get your mind clear enough to make sense of your problems
real or imagined in a way that you can't while under the influence of unbridled depression.
If you don't do something about it, no matter how many furs say the most wonderful things to you, you can still slide downhill.
With neurochemical depression, you could have all the support and love the Pope has and you'd still be unhappy. You could be making
$100,000US a day and a rock star with a worldwide following and you'd still feel like dying.
Get yourself some help, Martin. The end result of depression can be very bad and no one wants that to happen to you.
