If you mean the creator of the pictures, I suspect you may
be waiting a while. From last I heard, Jim (JMH, James M
Hardiman) had 'closed his commission book' due to being
busy with getting out the new comic, etc. I'm sure he'll
let us know when he's 'for hire' again. Incidentally, if
you want to get in contact with him, you are writing to the
best contact point. Most of his inboxes seem to overflow
on a regular basis... >_<

Have to flex JMH's imagination around to get it into the
back seat of the car with the two participants...
I've a friend who's parents debate the day he was born
(though paperwork settles that argument), but both agree on
the day and location of conception - back seat of the Ford,
Melbourne Cup Day (horse race), in the car park of the race
course... >_<
