Did you get the other stuff you ordered on that order? If so, then
what probably happened is the subscription log system must not
have flagged your sub for a renewal. (It has happened a couple
of times before- it's very rare.) If you are still at the address we
have listed in the subscription log (in Madison, zip code 53703) I
can go in and manually restart your subscription in the log for
another six issues. (I can do this if you've moved also, but you'll
need to email in your new address. ^_^) The six issue
subscription I show in the log starts at #49 and goes to #54, and
#49 came out in 2001!
If you didn't get the other things on the order either, then we'll
need to get the PayPal transaction ID # from you so I can give
them some trouble and get the mail order guy to ship the stuff
out. Occasionally, PayPal has failed to send us the notification
email, and that's caused some headaches. Even if they hadn't
tried their new policy of not allowing their service to be used to
pay for any adult stuff we would have switched to a regular credit
card shopping cart system (which we're in the process of
building)- they've had a few bugs that have caused us some
trouble. They're great for auctions, but pretty lame for everything
else.
Anyway, hope we can get this straightened out.
