I know that this question is off topic, however with the state of
California in the middle of an economic and political crisis I thought
that I should go ahead and ask a few questions.

Does anyone here specialize in U.S. Constitutional law?

Does anyone know where in the Constitution of the U.S. does it say
that an immigrant turned American citizen can or can not run for the
presidency of the United States?

The situation here in California has a circus like atmosphere with
many people running for governor courtesy of the recall vote that will
take place on October 7. After Arnold( Austrian born actor) becomes
governor, does he have the legal right to run for the position of
president of the United States?

I apologize for this post, however the situation that California is
in is serious. There is no telling what type of ramification that the
recall effort will have on the rest of the United States.
You have no idea of the proverbial fur that is flying (arguements)in
the house that I live in. 0_o
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
