Let's start the Art War of 2004 - contribute as many
quality pics as you can to support your favourite
characters! :-D
> So, as one of your resolutions, make it a

> what a great job they do.
Better still, tell then WHAT you like about their art. It
helps us write and draw more of what you like if we know
what that is! If there is something you really dislike,
try asking about it - could turn out there is a very good
reason for why something is like that. Don't say "Why does
this bit look crap," more along the lines of "Why does this
bit look like that?" You may even have an easy suggestion
to improve the detail that hadn't been thought of before!
> I've become quite the lurker here, not because I want to
> but because life is getting hectic...
Ah ya wimp! :-P It gets worse every year, yet I'm still
here! :-D
> If the only comment you have is: "Me too."
> or a "Yeah" then don't post it.
A general rule - if your reply doesn't have more than one
sentence, don't bother to post it. It is great to hear
that you liked a pic "That's really cool!", but we like to
hear even more WHAT you liked about the pic. The way
something was coloured, the position shown, the interaction
between two characters, "she's got awesome tits"... O_O
Anything that shows _what_ you like.
> And last but not least: If someone writes something
> offending, don't lower yourself to their level but stay
> calm...
It is a discussion group, we discuss things, not insult
each other. You may have something to contribute of value
to aid in decision making or substantiating a point. Or
you may just decided to let it drop and agree to disagree.
Just because you don't agree with their view on this
subject, doesn't meant that you won't side with them next
time! No point making an enemy over a point of view - it
rarely changes anything and nearly never usefully.

You been hanging around with Herbie Bear again? ;-)
Scrapper, Black Dragon, not bad with the quality, quite a
bit of quantity and trying to improve both. And not what
most of you are thinking of either, unless you mean
writing!
