Yow, that's not a lot of fun, no.. I at least had the benefit of
learning to function with one eye (my right eye runs at 20/200
vision - it works, but like crap), the left is about 20/25) as a
child. I still have no depth perception and lousy peripheral vision,
so I didn't get the quintessential Canadian childhood experience of
playing hockey, but stuff like driving is okay. Good luck with it...
hope the surgery comes through soon.
