Building first device to help with diabetes symptoms

I'm about 2/3 done with the first board, but it's getting to be a lot
of work. If I could get a card laid out and etched, this would go a
lot faster. Does anyone know of where I would go to get some help
laying out a card and getting it etched? I'm thinking a simple
autocad application (or some kind person who would like to do the
layout for me) and a place that will etch and drill cards?

Eventually, I would like to make up two cards -- one for area
exposure for feet and hands, and one for eyes that could be mounted
on a pair of glasses.

I tried finding some inexpensive eyeglass frames, but have been
unsuccessful. As a fallback plan, I was thinking of buying plastic
safety glasses and trying to find a way to cut out the eyepiece.

Ideas?
