Submitting on-topic pics is a good way to encourage you to
practice, especially if you can get feedback from the group
(as difficult as that is!)

I usually do a pic in 3 or 4 sittings. I don't get the
time to do things in a big run. Spraying a t-shirt
generally takes me about 4 hours allowing ticking time
(ticking is the term used to describe marking our the
outlines, spray patterns etc) and actual spraying.

I've been playing around with trying not to ink and outline
with the recent pics to try and get more realism - see
JMH's work for examples... I've also been using different
coloured inks for effects as I seem to recall Jim using
about four different types of colouring media.

One of the reasons I do art trades and similar is it forces
me to find the time and do the work. I'm catching up with
my backlog. Still a story in process, but my routine has
been interrupted so this is on hold.

Big secret, as I think JMH would agree, is to do things
routinely. Regularly put time aside to draw, and DO it!
Put regular time to answer emails on the group (unless your
dial-up isn't working and you can't get on!!!), like all
things, get a routine going and everything will get done
relatively painlessly. :-)

That's okay, it is how we learn. Getting useful comment
from one's peers can be more helpful than many suspect.

Scrapper, Black Dragon, who's had to ride his Suzuki 20
miles to a friend's place to get on the internet!
*grumbles* Fortunately it is good weather!
