It is very true that you need the fans. Their appreciation
gives you the drive and desire to do more. Hence why I
encourage furs to give feedback and express their
appreciation of the artist and those submitting fan art.
If you like it, or there is things you would like to see or
see done differently, let them know! And if they do take
the effort to incorporate a suggestion or request, do show
appreciation that you noticed and approve!

Tokes seems to complete a piece per week, full colour,
inked, the lot. Being a pro-artist does give this
advantage of regular scheduled time to get pics done. I am
lucky to schedule for a piece ever few weeks to my 'half
effort' standard. :-(

It is the 'free time' thing. Most of us have _far_ less
free time than we used to. We try to get more done and
spread ourselves thin. In turn, something has to be scaled
back to accomodate, since there are a set number of hours
in the day. Look back in your own history - how much less
time have you now than four years ago?

Many younger and new artists will have more time than the
older and more experienced artists due to the 'RL Time
Commitments' thing that seems to get worse as you get
older. Friends of mine who have retired wonder how they
used to find time to squeeze 8 hours work in the day!

Make the most of the time you have; you won't get any more
than what you've got now!

Scrapper, Black Dragon, if there were more hours in the
day, I'd be busy for more hours a day.
