There are plenty of other places that are "free advertising space" that
don't steal artwork from everybody under the sun that Jim doesn't post
to. Places that actually keep an eye out for the artists and such. So the
secret to having Jim post art on your site is to steal it, then let it leak
to him that it's there on this group, thus creating a flood of people to
your site, then Jim will support your site?
Heck, it sounds like this site got away with murder effectively. Yiffstar,
Playmouse, and various other sites would love to have Jim post his work
there, and would still be free advertising for Jim, and they actually keep
an eye out for stolen things. But this site steals everything (Quite
often. I've seen it up in a LOT of places.) and now gets Jim's artwork
posted there while the sites that actually work to protect the artists
proactively are left out. Makes good sense.
