That's a "best-case scenario". As is my nature, I hope for the best,
but tend to be prepared for the worst. The left eye is currently
useless, but that's due to the cataract and the retinal scarring. The
specialist says both of those can be removed, which would conceivably
bring my vision to 20/25. I'll have to wait and see, I reckon.
