I believe Jim has formatted over the top and reused the
drive quite a while ago. Good to hear your listed guys can
get the data back so successfully. We have paid big
dollars to come companies and there have not been able to
recover any more than we could, despite having all the
'remove and read' type technologies.
Scrapper, Black Dragon, suggesting a good backup copy is a
better safeguard than relying on recovery technology.
PS, If you can't afford to back up, you can't afford to be
storing data you can't afford to lose! I keep explaining
this to companies, but the don't believe me till after the
vital info vanishes into the ether... S,BD.
