Just thought I'd drop on real quick (I have to keep my head down
most of the time). The vision in the left eye is real cloudy, which
is expected. The doctor said I should be seeing out of it a bit more
clearly over the next couple weeks. The ever-present air bubble is
getting smaller every day, and I reckon it'll probably be gone in
about a week and a half. There's still a small section where no
vision exists, but I can live with that. I'm sure the other eye will
compensate and fill in the missing piece.
Not able to do much on the drawing side right now, but as the air
bubble recedes, I should be able to start drawing again. Right now,
it looks like a jiggly circle, shaded on the inside diameter, and
about as large as a dime held against the eye. Pretty funky shit.
Anyway, thanks to everybody for the good wishes! I'll probably have
to get the right eye's lens replaced in another year or so, but
that'll have to wait.
Hope to be back up to fighting speed real soon. Talk to you all in
a couple days!
