Naw, my whole argument is there's just waaaay too many people using
anime as their art style. Then they bitch and moan because no one
recognizes their work. Well, duh! It all looks the same, like some
kinda inbred family reunion thing.
Now, yeah, I've seen some cool anime stuff, and that's all right, cuz
it has it's own distinctive style within the anime genre. But there
are a LOT of copycat artists in the furry market. Shit, look how many
Terrie Smith wannabe's there are! Or how many "Sonic" artists there
are! There don't seem to be too many original influences anymore. It
all goes back to the same damn style.
I had some huge bitch rant on By The Tail, but I dunno if Jim is gonna
go with it or not, cuz it covers this very subject. He said it might
piss off some people. Like I've ever been worried about that. ;P
