well, I have a few different samurai swords, a 2-hander, a bunch of
different and exotic shaped knives... but you're not having my battleaxe ^^

I have a better weapon.
16-gauge shotgun. <G>
While I have a fair collection of swords and firearms and am usually quite
eager to talk about them, I have to agree with JMH that some of you are taking
this quite a bit too far.
If Furries are ever going to be accepted as a legitimate fandom and not just
a collection of freaks, fetishists and weirdos like our detractors describe,
then we'd better start acting the part.
Getting up in arms (literally and figuratively) over a comment in a magazine
will not improve our image in any degree. And RPing about swords, guns and
other such things is not only ineffective, but embarrassing and childish;
just what our opponents want to see from us.
What the fandom as a whole needs, more then anything else, is a sense of
cohesion and pride. The ability to face our adversaries in a manner that
doesn't degenerate into violence, either real or feigned.
