Well, I figure there's two kinds of gods... maybe
three.

1: a highly-advanced alien being who's tech is so far
beyond ours that it damnedwell seems like magic (I
think it's called the Arthur C. Clark theory)

2: a being so fundamentally different from us that we
can't truly comprehend it. Just for the fact it's so
utterly alien and powerful, we might as well consider
it a god. aka the Lovecraft theory.

3: Something beyond ALL comprehension, so I might as
well not even try to describe it. You know, the kinda
thing that sits on the outside of the Big Bang
somewhere, and perhaps stirs it with a spoon, or
whatever utensil it uses for eating. Might not even
realize that we ARE here. Closest I can come to
describing this one is something I pulled from "Bart's
Guide to Life" of the Simpsons. There was a little
note in there that said "What if all reality and all
space and time was just the fleeting thought in the
dream of a half awake bug somewhere?"

XD

Oh, and if the goddess is sexy? BY ALL MEANS I'd
worship... :D that is, provided she made me one of her
personal concubine males. XD

"Strategic is when you get reports about fighting; Operational is when you hear shots fired; and Tactical is when you're taking fire." <-- Knights of the Inner Sphere adage.

"That which does not kill us makes us stronger...Or it just leaves us weaker for the next thing that wants to kill us. And the next thing. And the next thing..." <-- Ghost Knight Mason Dunne's take on the old adage.
