That's partly solved with improved use of grey water, you don't send your
shower water down the drain but instead use it for things like watering the
lawn. This has been slowly coming into use IRL, crank up the household water
use and it will develop faster.

That largely depends on the shedding rate, but fur filters for drains already
exist and regular brushing does eliminate most of the random shedding,
(because anything that's about to shed will be pulled out by the brush or
comb).

Not as bad as you might think: One of the reasons humans not washing
themselves is a problem is that we sweat over our entire bodies. With a
furry, you would likely see cooling strategies closer to those that most
mammals use IRL with a combination of panting and sweating only in limited
areas. Picture it, she comes home from a jog, comments on how hot it is,
then goes to wash her hands and feet because they are covered in sweat before
she takes off her perfectly dry shirt.

Actually a common idea, either as a separate stall, or as part of the shower.
