How very true...but then again its easier to pass the blame..Most parents don't monitor there children enough..Due to laziness or simply not caring 'cuz the "child" is busy with the game and not bothering the adult...But on a side note, it has been proven that most gamers have improved moter skills and better hand, eye coordination....So video game are not that bad...But true those age limits have a meaning. n_n

And that's why I'm glad I don't watch TV (haven't sat down to watch
a show since 1996, i do believe). I have a few video game consoles,
but to be honest, if I play them a total of 6 hours in a year, that
might be it. I'm definitely not a gamer.

I am a gamer, but I believe in following the game ratings assigned to them.
When I have kids they may dislike me for such beliefs, but it is certainly for their best to keep them on age appropriate items.
