Everything Buckleshoe_at_gmail.com pointed out is absolutely right. In
addition, though, one of the most important things you can do before
posting to Fchan is to ensure that the artist of the picture you're
posting is not DNP (Do Not Post). If you've never checked that list
out, be sure to do so - the link to is is under misc. in that cropping
of links to the left of the screen.
As Joe pointed out, you do need a starter pic., otherwise it probably
belongs in /req/. I don't THINK we've missed anything that isn't
painfully obvious, but if we have, feel free to ask for further
