She actually started "fading" from the fandom quite awhile ago.
She stopped visiting whatever online groups she was a member of, left
several of the groups if I recall correctly, and basically stopped
messing with it as time wore on. Even if I asked her if she wanted
to go online, her usual response was basically "Nah".

She does still intend on drawing the strips and art for "By The
Tail", but she won't really be...reachable...I guess is the word.
While I can understand (and, in many cases, agree with) her reasons
for dropping off the stage, I still can't quite fathom why she would
get that bothered with it. Although there ARE certain groups within
the fandom that she simply cannot tolerate, I wouldn't think they'd
get on one's nerves quite that severely. But hey, it's her choice,
so whatever she wants...

I'm not too sure how to explain some of what she dislikes about the
whole thing without seriously upsetting certain fringe groups, so I
reckon I might just keep my trap shut for the time being (or at least
until I can figure out a way to relay her opinion in a less-harsh
manner).

She won't take any commissions anymore, nor will she allow me to
sell her "By The Tail" artwork any longer. New art will still get
posted on her site, but it just won't be made into hardcopies.

Personally, my guess is, it's the onset of menopause (haha!).
