I did some 'house keeping' about two weeks after that file was uploaded. The other two structure sketches were quite good, and I could ink either of them (in fact, feel inclined to do so), but this picture was so scratchy, that I couldn't figure out what was going on or identify the characters. Since the file was also quite large (and group space is starting to run low), had been available for view for two weeks (how long I generally leave any 'off topic' picture someone may post) it didn't seem good use of group storage.
We welcome fan art and fan fiction, but 'finished pieces' are definitely a preference. Rough sketches (unless you're Jim, then 'rough' is a matter of opinion!) and half written texts do not generally encourage people to want to view more of your work. Something to the best of your ability that shows effort will get revisits and earn respect, since Jim and others appreciate the effort you put in.
If you want people to comment on your posts, they need to be comment-worthy (so people don't have to hold their tongues or try to think of something nice to say) and posting to the group starting discussion about them also encourages people to reply. I usually try to post comment, but RL in recent weeks has been keeping me from posting.
In comment on the other two sketches by Catnovagirl, the structure work is quite clear and makes good use of circles for a nice and toony style. I have extreme difficulty drawing circles and making them look good, so well appreciate the construction. It is hard to talk much about the composition or other features in the structuring stage (aka 'very rough sketch') as you can't see much else. I'll see if I can get some digital ink happening this week and ink at least one of the pictures (why do I suspect everyone wants the Onyx picture first) and repost them to the group. Will see if I can do justice to Catnovagirl's structures. :-)
Scrapper, Black Dragon, things always work out for the best. Not necessarily for you right now, but always the best.

What happened to this file? I just logged in to check the uploads and
it doesn't seem to be on the server anymore. Could anyone re-upload
it? It was zebracrossing. jpg in the Fan Art section. Thanks!
