Comic-wise, I'd have to say I liked the artwork of John Byrne and Bret Blevins (comic books). I also like the art/comics of Bill Watterson (Calvin & Hobbes), Bill Amend (Foxtrot) and Stephan Pastis (Pearls Before Swine).

Artwork influences include such unusual sources as greeting cards and advertisements. Mostly, I like to observe mainstream paintings (by various artists) and/or photographs, and try to understand the color layers and whatever techniques might be called for to reproduce the desired artistic effect. I don't really have any "furry" art influences, since I don't collect it. I'd be hard pressed to name a dozen different artists in this genre!
