You're assuming the average person knows how to get that, or that it
would help. Putting in
http://ipaddress/cnc will not work because it's
a vhost on the server.
People who can actually -do- anything with the IP know how to get it.
For example, the GTEI NS finds it just fine. So a DNS cache flush and
resetting your DNS servers to 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 will get you there
with no problem. Also, notably, if you do not know how to do that,
already, trying to do it based on any directions anybody here could give
you could result in a complete loss of network connectivity, which would
suck.
