I agree with that as far as the average first world human goes. However, people were very different in ancient Rome. :) It was perfectly legal for a father to kill his children. If a group of soldiers ran in battle, they would be rounded up and lined up. Then every tenth soldier would be put to death. That where we got the word 'decimation' from. :) When Spartacus lead his slave revolt he and his followers were crucified all over Rome. But Rome did have family entertainment. Dad would gather up the wife and kids and go to the coliseum to watch wild animals captured from all over the world kill slaves and criminals. If you were in the first row you might get a special treat. Occasionally the first row was escorted into the arena and fed to the wild animals. :) Say what you will about the ancient Romans but they weren't soft. And let's not forget about the Toltec. Ritual torture was part of their religion. They tortured victims captured in war so that their screams of agony would please the gods. Humans are hard or soft depending of where you find them in history.

I think that some humans could adapt to the rules of your furry world with no trouble at all depending on where in history you picked them up. :)
