I can give the name of a site to ANYONE that can gain access to his old PC a special boot disk that will allow the blanking of any password to any account on the hardware with NON-ENCRYPTED files as all encrypted files/folders WEILL BE LOST FOREVER! & I can also send link(s) to YouTube videos that show how to retrieve lost passwords that the browser know to appear rather than just the dots. only thing is you MUST have PHYSICAL access to THAT machine. remote access will NOT work!
