Jake is the original owner of Skunked.com and the maintainer of the server that Jim’s site resided on. It’s not malicious in any way.

I did another check with https://who.is/


The new expiry date is July 31 2015 and the new owner is Jake McDermott. Does anyone know who he is by any chance? I assume it is one of James' friends or relatives.
