I think if you are a non-magical being, you are pretty stuffed. You'd have no chance against her physically if she were in demon form and things like her psychic attacks unless you had shielding or serious power would result in you being trapped in the realm she defined for you (see Dead Bitch Molly cartoon).
As a dragon with magical ability, transporting her or myself to a different realm is probably the easiest thing to do (distance is a wonderful thing), physical combat, she would have good endurance being a demon, but is probably not strong enough to overcome a 'venerable dragon' (age experienced). Other than her psychic attack, she can probably use telekinesis to through objects at you or attack you. Magical shielding does wonders for this problem, plus the usual counter attacks (reverse polar deflections) help. You'd probably not do heaps of damage with a fire attack, though everything has its combustion limits.
Yep, I think my first postulation is correct - no magic, no hope!
Scrapper, Black Dragon, any technology sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic.
