Here I agree, and disagree. Yes, a proofreader would be very helpful in
catching spelling and grammar errors. On the other hand, some people do
not allow their email client to accept html, and others get the group
mailings as a daily collection in a single email, which automatically
removes html documents. As such, a number of your readers would lose
out on reading your work if you convert to html. Besides, in a text
document of this kind, an html document would be LARGER than the
original, not smaller.
