As you may recall from one of the Radio posts, they get a
lot of email, much of it spam, so tend to find it not an
effective way to be contacted, though they will try to
answer what they can. Phoning I believe was even worse if
I recall accurately. You could try writing (snail mail)?
I can well sympathise with you about ordering things and
not getting any response to know either way - especially if
you can't contact them directly and rely on someone reading
your email. It is VERY frustrating, but it is usually
better to 'keep it nice' for the first few emails so that
in case they didn't see your other mails (for whatever
reason) you don't put furs off side.
Hope you get a speedy response from Radio.
Scrapper, Black Dragon, who doesn't have a lot of luck with
