  Thanks, man, but the docs would be removing your pancreas AND a
kidney from you, so you would not be able to live after that. The
donor, in an operation such as this, must either be dead or dying with
no chance of recovery.

  And like I said, I'm in no rush to see someone die. I can still
hang on for quite awhile.
