No. Professional artists draw fan art just like other people. And an art CD
is considered a portfolio, and it's within the artist's right to charge for
access to a pf, even when it has other people's characters. Scappo used two
of mine in his Art CD, and you don't hear me complaining.
Oh, and it may be cheaper to buy a dvd, but it doesn't make it right.
I only download shows that haven't been released on DVD or had such a
limited VHS run they're near impossible to find or even get a hold of all
the episodes, like Swat Kats and the original Batman TV show.
